Prep & Plan Packet Freebie!

I've created this freebie just for you! As a former elementary teacher, turned stay at home mom, I know all about the stress of having to prep and plan for the next week's lessons. Once my daughter was born, the need to spend less time doing schoolwork at home became even greater. I wanted my students to succeed, I wanted to have wonderful, engaging lessons, and I also wanted to be home and present for my family when I walked out of those doors at 3pm. I found that the best way for me to ensure that every second counted both in school and at home was by preparing and planning. Every Monday, I used my built in prep block to work on the next week's plans. Then, I'd use my prep block on Tuesday to prepare materials (copy, cut, laminate, you know - all. the. things.) This left the rest of the week for me to work on other school tasks such as grading. It felt so good every Friday walking about of school with no teacher bag, no stress, and full confidence in my well-prepped week ahead. I could leave and enjoy my weekend!
